RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We’re a small-batch studio, and most pieces are made to order—because of this, all sales are final or eligible for exchange only.
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. Once approved, the item must be returned within 7 days, in unworn condition and in its original packaging.
If you need a resize, repair, or want to add to an existing piece, we’re happy to help—just reach out, and we’ll work to make it perfect.
Customized and personalized jewelry is handmade to order and is final sale.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount are also final sale and not eligible for exchange.
If you’re not satisfied with your piece for any reason, please contact us directly. We truly care about your experience and will do our best to make it right.
To request an exchange, resize, or repair, please email jaejewelrydesigns@gmail.com with your order number, the item in question, and the reason for your request. We’ll respond within 24 hours during business hours.
